The E-Cycle Drive at Kent State University is open to students, faculty, staff and the community of Kent. Hosted by Kent State University Office of Sustainability and University Facilities Management Receiving and Distribution Services.

2023 E-Cycle Drive is March 1, 8, 15 and 22 from 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. in the Kent State University R-17 Parking lot behind the Cutler Building on 414 E. Main Street. (Between S. Willow Street and S. Lincoln Street).
Members of both the campus and city of Kent community can recycle used electronics through Infinite Electronics Recycling, LLC, an R2 certified recycler, where materials are handled in an environmentally and socially responsible way. Materials permitted at E-Cycle Drive include: flat screen TVs, personal computers, laptop computers, servers and storage devices, monitors (CRT, LCD), iPads and tablets, flat screen TVs docking stations, floppy drives, DVD/CD burners, VCRs, circuit boards, scanners, copiers, printers, cables, wires, extension cords, digital cameras, cellular phones, string lights, DVD players, game consoles, network and telecom equipment and small kitchen appliances. Kitchen appliances larger than a microwave are NOT accepted at E-Cycle Drive.
All items will be put in large boxes (that will be provided by KSU) by the public.
2023 Posters
University-Owned Electronics
All university-owned electronics are recycled year round. All Kent State University electronics are recycled by Infinite Electronics Recycling, LLC, an R2 certified company.
To recycle university-owned electronic equipment:
- Check with your IT department before removing any electronic equipment
- Place a Flash Track order for University Facilities Management to pick up the electronic equipment

- Kitchen appliances larger than a microwave are not acceptable
