Fall 2026 Flash Communications Team

Alanna Dowdy, Senior Public Relations Major

Alanna Dowdy is a senior public relations major from Macedonia, Ohio. This is her first semester with Flash Communications. She is excited to build her portfolio, exercise her writing skills, and become more involved with the campus community. After graduation, Alanna aspires to relocate to Los Angeles and work in the entertainment industry. In her free time she enjoys creating music, thrifting, or spending time with friends. 

Jessica Reilly, Sophomore Public Relations Major

Jessica Reilly is a sophomore Public Relations major with a minor in Fashion Media from Charlotte, North Carolina. This is her first semester working for Flash Communications. She is looking forward to improving her writing and editing skills while building her portfolio. Her career goals involve working in the entertainment or fashion industry as an executive director managing the profiles of clients such as John Mulaney and Ryan Gosling. 

Lexie Sweeney, Senior Public Relations Major

Reese Urbach, Junior Public Relations Major

Reese Urbach is a junior Public Relations major with a minor in Communication Studies from Youngstown, Ohio. This is her first semester working for Flash Communications. She is excited to gain more experience in writing, interviewing, and editing. Her career goals include working in media relations and event coordination in either the entertainment or tourism industry.
