Kent State University’s College of Applied and Technical Studies supports the development of personal, professional and technical expertise by providing a comprehensive portfolio of certificate and degree programs that empower graduates. Our college offers the Animation Game Design program on the Kent Campus, a wide array of online degrees such as cybersecurity, information technology, and insurance studies, and in-person programs throughout our regional campuses system such as Social Work, Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, and so much more.
The College of Architecture and Environmental Design (CAED) offers a variety of programs and degrees to future students including two fully-accredited professional programs, a liberal arts design study program, education abroad options and several graduate degrees. The College of Communication and Information (CCI) is made up of the Schools of Communication Studies, Emerging Media and Technology, Information, Media and Journalism and Visual Communication Design.
