Individual Income Tax Assistance

Returns are in process for taxpayers who completed the intake and left tax documents with a VITA volunteer.   We will have pickup on the 6th and pick up only hours on April 9th from 5pm-6pm and April 10thfrom 10am-6pm.   A VITA volunteer will contact you when your return is ready for pickup and provide the times available for pick up.  Please do not go to pick up your return until you are contacted.  We appreciate your patience; we have had an unprecedented number of returns this year.  Pick up is at the same place as the drop off location: Ambassador Crawford College of Business & Entrepreneurship 475 Terrace Drive, Kent, Ohio 44242  (main lobby, 3rd floor)
