Rebecca Broghammer

Becky Broghammer is an Educator, Facilitator, and Designer. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Washington State University, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies, a Ph.D. in Higher Education & Student Affairs Leadership both from the University of Northern Colorado and she will complete her Master of Science in Construction Management from Kent State University in May 2023. She has worked as a design manager with home builders, residential re-designs, and merchandising. Her career in higher education has included teaching, administration, advising, mentoring, research, and compliance investigation.

Her research and passions include Holistic Design, Mass Timber Construction, Leadership, and Equity in Construction Practice while she continues to expand her knowledge to assist others to design the lives, they are excited to live. She is energized working with students and helping them navigate the college experience while identifying their own passions and potential, especially in design. Her desire for kindness, equity, and authenticity are demonstrated in the relationships she builds and allows her to connect with students holistically regarding their approach to design.
