We are excited to celebrate your achievements at Commencement! The Kent Campus ceremonies are tentatively scheduled for December 18-19, 2026, in the Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center. Times are forthcoming after the closure of the RSVP.
Additional information regarding RSVP details, access to your six guest tickets, the Graduation Fair, and other important updates will be sent to your Kent State email. Please check back for additional updates as we get closer to the celebration.
IMPORTANT DATES AND DEADLINES
- September - RSVP Opens - watch for your invitation to arrive by email
- October 5 - Deadline to RSVP for Commencement on the Kent Campus
- October 15 - Commencement times announced
- October 17 and 19 - Graduation Fair
- October 23 - Deadline to order Fine Quality and Doctoral Regalia
- November 6 - Deadline to submit updates to legal name
- November 13 - Deadline to order cap and gown online
- November 18 - Guest tickets available for download (six per graduate)
- December 11 - Deadline to submit your diploma address in Flashline
- December 18-19 - Commencement!
