Kim C. Sethna
Biography
Dr. Kim Sethna is an Assistant Professor in the Early Childhood Education Program in the School of Teaching, Learning and Curriculum Studies. She has been with Kent State University since 2011 where she served as an educational supervisor in the VACCA Office of Student Services. Dr. Sethna is a former elementary teacher, principal, curriculum director, and interim superintendent in both public and private school settings. Her previous teaching appointments include Ursuline College and the American College of Education in the graduate programs. In addition to her teaching duties, Dr. Sethna is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children in the Summit County juvenile court system. She is most proud of her four children, Cyrus, Lienne, Darayus, and Devin.
