Pamela Ferguson, Ph.D.
Biography
Dr. Ferguson is a medical sociologist with a focus in public health. She has over 30 years of experience in research development and implementation, survey protocol, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, statistical interpretation and reporting, having served as a consultant, analyst, statistician, evaluator and presenter for a variety of research initiatives and programs. Dr. Ferguson has developed and coordinated projects for a diverse array of organizations including those in education, health care, family services, and non-profit. Dr. Ferguson’s current projects include designing and coordinating the evaluation of a national longitudinal study of bereaved children and their caregivers (funded by the New York Life Foundation), in addition to serving as an evaluator for a longitudinal bio-inspired educational community outreach initiative (funded by the National Science Foundation).
