Online final grading for summer 2 2017 (S2) began Thursday, Aug. 3, via FlashFAST. Grading also is now available for any summer 2017 course section that was flexibly scheduled. The deadline for grading submission is midnight on Tuesday, Aug. 8. Any final grades for summer 2017 courses not reported in FlashFAST by the grades processing deadline will have to be submitted using the Grade Change Workflow. These summer 2017 courses will be available in the Workflow on Thursday, Aug. 10.

A lunchtime bike ride will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 8, from noon-1 p.m. Bring your bike from home or check out a bike through the Flashfleet bike-sharing program at one of eight locations around the Kent Campus. Chris John from the Department of Recreational Services will lead participants on this 30-40 minute campus ride, as well as around the surrounding community. Please plan to meet at noon at the Flashfleet kiosk at the Kent Student Center. The ride will begin promptly at 12:10 p.m.

The Native American Heritage Month Planning Committee is welcoming university divisions, departments and student organizations to begin submitting their programming, activities and events to the University Events Calendar to be featured on the Native American Heritage Month Website.
