In order to perform necessary maintenance on the boilers, steam transmission systems and electrical distribution systems, Kent State University's Power Plant on the Kent Campus will be shut down beginning Sunday, May 13, at 12:01 a.m. The shutdown is expected to be completed Sunday, May 20, at 11:59 p.m.
Every day, we all encounter stressors such as traffic, work deadlines and family obligations, to name a few. Sometimes it feels like we can’t get away from stress. In parts I and II of the Stress Management That Works series, we have come to understand stress and its effect on our body.
