Comprehensive Case Management & Employment Program & Services helps youth overcome barriers to employment by providing health, addiction/substance abuse issues, housing, education, transportation, and many more.

Eligibility:

  • Must be between the ages of 14 and 24
  • Must be a Portage County resident (need to provide proof, such as a bill or mail)
  • Must provide birth certificate, social security card, and proof of income.

  • Attend a three-day orientation to complete an assessment to determine goals.
