Chesterland, Ohio

Why did you decide to come to Kent State?

What advice do you have for new graduate students?

Move moment to moment and enjoy every part – even the tough days. Find something in your work that day that you are passionate about. Remember the reason you decided to go to graduate school and focus on that to get you through.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I own a rabbitry called Best Fuzzy Friends, where we breed and sell English Angoras. I also enjoy biking, hiking, camping and running. I am a den leader and science counselor for my five kids’ Cub Scout pack.
