HOW TO LINK TO YOUR ACCOUNT

You already have an account with us but you’re using it online for the first time? Great. Here’s how you access your account online.

1. Go to kentstate.evenue.net
2. Click the sign in link
   1. On a mobile device, this link is contained in the site menu - look for the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner of your screen.
   2. On a desktop device, this link can be found in the upper right hand corner of the landing page.
3. Enter the email address collected when your tickets were purchased and click the Continue Button
   1. If you know your account password, enter it in the password field and click the Sign In Button
   2. If you do not know your account password click either the Sign In With a Code Button or the Forgot Password link
      1. When the Sign In With a Code Button is clicked, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to the email associated with the account.  Input that code and you are now logged into your account!
      2. When the Forgot Password link is clicked, a 6-digit one-time passcode will be sent to your email. Input that code and the system will prompt you to create a permanent password for future use.

Your email address and password can now be used online via desktop or mobile when accessing your account.
