Download the 2024 Destination Kent State New Student Orientation app to get you prepared for your life as a Golden Flash. This app will take students through Kent State’s New Student Orientation online program in a step-by-step process. The app includes an orientation pathway, orientation-specific notifications, academic college and student resource presentations, a live streaming events calendar, real-time help with questions, and campus support information and contact numbers.

Accessing Orientation
For Students
To complete orientation:
- Register for a Destination Kent State New Student Orientation date via FlashLine
- Download the DKS Mobile app. Students will log in with their FlashLine credentials
If you do not have access to a smartphone, please contact our team at newatksu@kent.edu to make appropriate arrangements.
Remember, you must register for a DKS orientation date!
