Ricardo Sepúlveda
Biography
Ricardo Sepúlveda is an assistant professor in charge of leading the Kent Blossom Music Festival. He holds two degrees from Kent State University where he studied chamber music and violin performance under the tutelage of the Miro and Miami String quartets. His primary teachers include Sandy Yamamoto, Cathy Meng Robinson and Ivan Chan.
After completing a year long internship with The Cleveland Orchestra, Mr. Sepúlveda worked for Tuesday Musical Association in Akron, Ohio. He has worked for Kent Blossom Music Festival in a variety of capacities and was Marketing Associate for the School of Music at Kent State University. Mr. Sepúlveda also helped develop the first Kent Creativity Festival in Kent, Ohio, as well as the first International Festival of Quartets in Bogotá, Colombia.
