A collection of electric vehicles (EVs) were parked just outside the MACC last Friday as part of a presentation by Kent State Professor Joseph Ortiz, from the Department of Earth Sciences. Before the men's basketball game, Ortiz presented information about electric vehicles, sustainability and the Inflation Reduction Act. After the presentation, attendees were invited to take a look at the electric vehicles, one of which was Ortiz's Kia eNiro, and speak with their owners.
