The Kent State University community paid tribute to those who have served in the U.S. armed forces at the annual Veterans Day Commemoration.  A recent paper by Dr. Amy Sato, a professor in the Department of Psychological Sciences at Kent State University, and her colleagues focuses on food insecurity among adolescents with larger body sizes, a group which has historically been overlooked in the food insecurity literature.
