What is the RecWell+ Student Employee Professional Development Funding Program?

  • Recreation and Wellness Services is committed to the development of our employees. We want you to continue to learn and grow while you are a member of our team (and beyond). One of these ways is through professional development opportunities.
  • To promote continued learning, we have developed a RecWell+ Student Professional Development fund program. RecWell student employees are eligible to receive professional development funding (7/1 – 6/30) towards continued education. Each area will have an allotment of funding for student employees to take advantage of (while funds last).

What is the RecWell+ Incentive Program?

The RecWell+ Staff Incentive Program is RecWell's way of giving back to our staff and rewarding them for the work that they do, especially in those instances where the staff goes above and beyond.

Program Objectives:

  • Be a FUN point-based system that will help recognize positive performance.

  • Provide additional incentive to RecWell employees.

  • Reward staff for performing the expectations of their positions.
