Kent State at Salem held its annual nursing convocation and pinning ceremony during which students received their nursing pins and recited the nursing pledge. All are receiving degrees this year through the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program on the Salem Campus. Kent State Tuscarawas senior Madalyne Ludovici captured first place during the Kent State University Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) held during the Fall 2021 semester. Dear Kent State University Students, Faculty and Staff, Ashtabula County, where Kent State’s Ashtabula Campus is located, recently moved into the “high” community level designation for COVID-19 as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). As a result of this designation, face coverings are now required indoors at the Ashtabula Campus. Masks are not required while working alone in an enclosed space, such as a private office or lab.
