Working in interdisciplinary teams with real-world clients is a learning experience many students value. Students in the School of Emerging Media and Technology’s (EMAT) Interdisciplinary Projects course are having a helping hand in making a local community safer.During the Fall 2023 Interdisciplinary Projects course, students worked closely with the City of Hudson to develop a tool that could gather the various needs of all community members to prepare emergency responders before arriving at the scene. Transfer Student Opportunities

The unique 2+2 nature of our BS Engineering Technology degree makes our program a good fit for the incoming transfer student. For a student with a previously earned qualifying AAS Degree track, our BS Engineering Technology degree can be completed in two years or at your own pace. The major courses are offered online and at the Kent State Regional Campus tuition rate; the resulting degree is fully ABET Accredited.
