I just set the Guinness World Record for Fastest Half Marathon Dressed as a Chef by running 2:25:55 in the Goodyear Half Marathon as part of the Akron Marathon Series on Aug. 13.  I ran in full chef costume while carrying a 6 1/2 pound stockpot the entire time. I hope to set the female record during the Akron Full Marathon on Sept. 24.
