Join us Sunday, Sept. 27 at 4 p.m. in the Hometown Bank Plaza for a Kent State University Orchestra Outdoor Concert: Fascinatin' Rhythm. This is a wonderful example of collaboration across the university and our community. Continuing to build on this tradition, the concert celebrates the 250th anniversary of the United States with music by American composers. The repertoire includes:"Fascinatin' Rhythm" by George Gershwin, "Dances in the Canebrakes" by Florence Price, and more! This concert is free and open to the public. In the event of rain, the concert will be relocated to the University Auditorium in Cartwright Hall.
