Kent State’s annual Constitution Day Celebration, hosted by University Libraries, will feature disability rights attorney Katie Hunt Thomas of the Ability Center of Greater Toledo, presenting "The Limits of Disability Rights and the U.S. Constitution: Why the Americans with Disabilities Act was necessary and what's next?” The event will be held on Thursday, Sept. 17 from 1-2:30 p.m. in University Library’s Harrick Garden Room. Following the address, the speaker and a panel of students will respond to topic-related questions. This free event will be held in-person and virtually.
