Celebrate Kent's rich history during Ohio Open Doors, part of Ohio's America 250 celebration. From Sept. 15–20, Main Street Kent and the Kent Historical Society will host six days of free tours, talks, and historic experiences showcasing the people, places, and stories that have shaped our community. Highlights include Tap Talks with local authors, tours of the Kent Historical Society Museum and Kent State University Museum, a Historic Pub Tour, a walking tour of Gougler Avenue, and a Historic Homes Tour featuring the Marvin Kent House.
