Winner of the Kent State University Advisor Impact Award

University Advising is pleased to announce the first quarter 2026 winner of Kent State University’s Advisor Impact Award: Kellie Jones-Cochran! Kellie joined the advising team at Kent State University Geauga Campus and the Twinsburg Academic Center in 2022, where she has made a meaningful impact supporting students pursuing Nursing, Information Technology, Business, and College Credit Plus. With a comprehensive approach to advising, Kellie partners with students as they navigate academic pathways from pre-college through graduation, ensuring they feel supported at every stage of their journey. Guided by a strong student-first philosophy, Kellie collaborates across campus and throughout the University to remove barriers, advocate for student needs, and promote equitable opportunities for success.
