Tianyuan Guan, MD, MPH, Ph.D.

Tianyuan Guan did her Ph.D. work in Biostatistics under the umbrella of the Department of Environmental and Public Health Sciences at the University of Cincinnati. Her basic background is in Clinical Medicine. She pursued a M.P.H degree in Biostatistics following her Medical training. Her primary research interest is sample size calculations in a variety of settings. She did statistical consulting work in prostate cancer research during her studies. She did work on e-cigarette smoking incidences among middle and high school students. She has a broad exposure in biostatistics including Survival Analysis and Data Science in Public Health. In her free time, she relaxes playing Lute.
