The month of September seemed to have flown by. Throughout the month, the Kent State social media accounts highlighted the university’s recent rankings and served as the hub for crisis communications.

When joining Kent State’s social media team in January, I was unsure of what to expect. As a sophomore, I was immediately a little scared knowing I was the youngest on the team, but I was confident that I would be able to fit in.
Over the years, I’ve been able to capture some amazing Kent State athletics moments – buzzer beaters, touchdowns, rivalry games, Homecomings and everything in between. Here are five of my favorite memories that I’ve made while following one of my dreams and covering the teams.
