For User Experience master's student Christina Turner, user experience starts with a person in front of a computer screen. "Everything's gotten so complicated online.... Everyone feels bad if they don't know how to do something on a computer. They really feel like they’ve dropped the ball. So I just do a lot more comforting people. Like, ‘you're not bad at this. This software is terrible. You're doing great.’”
