The College of Aeronautics and Engineering is thrilled to share that Dr. Hossein Mirinejad has been awarded the Healthy Communities Research Institute (HCRI) Faculty Fellowship for the 2024-2025 academic year at Kent State University.

Hossein Mirinejad, Ph.D., assistant professor in the College of Aeronautics and Engineering at Kent State University was recently awarded a National Science Foundation CAREER award for his innovative research, “CAREER: Towards Safe and Interpretable Autonomy in Healthcare.”

David recently placed first in the Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) Three-Minute Research Presentations, offering a glimpse into his groundbreaking research in the College of Aeronautics and Engineering.
