Kent State men's basketball team is taking home the MAC Championship trophy, earning them an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. The second seed Golden Flashes beat the first seed University of Toledo Rockets 93-78.
Flashes Advance to MAC Championship
The Kent State men's basketball team defeated the Akron Zips 79-73 this evening. With tonight's victory, the Flashes clinched a spot in the MAC Championship game against Toledo. The championship game will be aired on ESPN 2 on Saturday, March 11 at 7:30 p.m.
