A beautiful, fall day on campus brings everyone outdoors. 

Fall leaves and bright sunshine are adding the gold to the "blue and gold" on our campuses.

Students who are frustrated with the scholarship process are getting the help they need with ScholarshipUniverse. This installment of “Where on the Web?” features an easy and accessible scholarship finder for Kent State University students.

For as long as she can remember, Lauren Hollis has enjoyed being an entrepreneur. Her love for entrepreneurship began as a young child as she made bookmarks from strips of paper and sold them door to door in her neighborhood.

The Kent State community planted more than 100 trees in the Climate Change Grove to help offset the university’s carbon footprint and provide a way to research the effects of climate change in our immediate environments.

Students found unique places to study during the the last warm days of fall. 

The Food Truck Series on Risman Plaza runs Wednesdays from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. through Oct. 12. 

The School of Media and Journalism hosted Brenna Parker, digital director for Vice President Kamala Harris, for refreshments and a discussion with Parker about her journey at Kent State and beyond.

Donating blood is another way Golden Flashes help the community -- and save lives.
