On Stage
Every academic year, the School of Theatre and Dance at Kent State University educates its students and entertains the local community through main stage productions and concerts, student-organized productions and other special events.

Black Box Series
In addition to the School of Theatre and Dance's main stage production season, students produce, direct, perform in and design productions every semester as part of the Black Box Series. Past student productions include On the Town, A Sondheim Celebration, Dr. Faustus, The Little Prince, Beyond Therapy, and A Collection of Grimm's Fairy Tales.
