ADVISORY: Kent State University Board of Trustees Meeting, Dec. 12

The Kent State University Board of Trustees will hold its next regular business meeting at noon on Thursday, Dec. 12, in the Kent Student Center, Room 306, on the Kent Campus. The Board will consider the recommendations of the standing committees, proposed personnel actions and new business. Trustees will retire into executive session at 8 a.m. to consider specific topics as provided under Ohio’s “Sunshine Law.” The roll call vote for this session will occur in public in the Kent Student Center, Room 306.

Information regarding the meetings of the standing committees has been posted on the Board of Trustees website at www.kent.edu/bot/meetings. The standing committees are recommending bodies of the full Board. No actions are taken at these meetings, and a quorum of the Board is not present.

The Board’s Dec. 12 meeting agenda will be posted by Dec. 9 at www.kent.edu/bot/meetings.
