University Culinary Services' Food Truck Series wraps up for the spring semester on Wednesday, May 1. From 11 a.m.-2 p.m. four food truck vendors, Fork in the Road, So Co, Roll Call and Daisy Pop will assemble on Risman Plaza to offer their delicious specialties.
