On Thursday, April 13, from 1-3 p.m. in the Kent Student Center's second floor dining room, Kent State University Culinary Services invites students to sample a selection of gluten-free and plant-based items at the "Good Food, Better Earth" vendor showcase.
Sarah Korzan, assistant director and registered dietitian in University Culinary Services, said, "This is an amazing event that brings in new vendors for students to try. We ask students to come try it all for free, so that we know what to bring into the dining halls."
