Ellie Baker, a junior in the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship was recognized by Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine during his March State of the State Address as one of last year's winners of the Governor's Merit Scholarship.
Baker takes courses at both Kent State University at Tuscarawas and the university's Kent Campus.
