Looking for information about Kent State University’s men’s basketball team and the 2023 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament? The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics has launched a 2023 NCAA Basketball Tournament page to assist Golden Flashes fans.
The page includes information about tickets, a pregame reception for Golden Flashes who are making the trip to Albany, New York, and how to listen to the team’s tournament games. Fans can also find a tournament bracket.
Watch Parties
For those who cannot travel and attend the games in person, watch parties are available so that fans can gather and cheer together Friday night. Water Street Tavern in downtown Kent, Ohio, serves as headquarters for Kent State’s run through the NCAA Tournament for those who are 21 years of age and older. For Kent State students and fans who are younger than 21, a watch party is being held on the lower level of the Kent Student Center.
In addition, alumni watch parties will be taking place at various locations. These include:

Game Information
Kent State will play Indiana University on Friday, March 17, in the first round of the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament. Tipoff will be at 9:55 p.m. Friday. The game will air on TBS and on the Kent State Radio Network.
