Recent Kent State University graduate Kaycee Marshall was featured on “Today with Hoda & Jenna,” the fourth hour of the NBC morning show on May 31.
Ms. Marshall graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design on May 12. The Indiana native was born with sacral agenesis and scoliosis and has been confined to a wheelchair her entire life.
For the Fashion School’s annual show in April, Ms. Marshall designed a line of women’s formalwear for women with disabilities, specifically those in wheelchairs.
A crew from the Today show visited Kent State in April to tape the segment, which featured Ms. Marshall and her mother, Penny Marshall.
