In Episode 2, Diacon talks with a student and an assistant professor from Kent State's College of Aeronautics and Engineering about the research they are conducting involving birds, drones and the challenges in keeping them from colliding in the sky.

Katie Horn is a sophomore aeronautics major, who participated in the Kent State's Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) last summer. Syed A.M. Shihab, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in Kent State's College of Aeronautics and Engineering. He currently teaches Modeling and Forecasting for Aviation Logistics Planning and Introduction to Aerospace Engineering.
