Communicating With and Influencing Project Stakeholders

One of the major reasons for project failure is poor communication with stakeholders during the project. Stakeholders are the individuals who are involved in, have a vested interest in, or exert influence on, the project. To ensure the success of a project, project managers and team members must seek to develop strong relationships with the important stakeholders. The development of these relationships must be an ongoing process throughout the life of the project. This program focuses on the skills and tools necessary to effectively communicate with and influence the stakeholders in a project.
