Two Anthropology graduate students were Presentation Winners at Kent State University's 2019 Graduate Research Symposium on April 5.
Michael Wilson received an award for his oral presentation, "Does it stick? Using thermoplastic vs. organic-based adhesives in experimental prehistoric ballistics weaponry testing" in the Anthropology, History, and Communications session.
Kristen Hirter received an award for her poster presentation, "Neurochemical insights of human origins: A comparative analysis of dopaminergic innervation of the ventral striatum among primates" in the Biomedical Sciences I poster session.
