ABOUT:

Chaojiang (CJ) Wu is Associate Professor in the Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics. He obtained his PhD from the University of Cincinnati. His research develops quantitative methods in analyzing complex data for better decisions and applies such methods to applications in social media, online word of mouth, knowledge workers, and others. He has published in premier journals such as Information Systems Research, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, IISE Transactions, Statistics and Computing, Computational Statistics and Data Analysis, Information and Management, Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology, Journal of Informetrics, Scientometrics, PLOS ONE, among others.
