Education Elevated (e2) is an exciting new conference presented by the faculty support staffs of the Division of Information Services, University Libraries, the Office of Continuing and Distance Education, the Center for Teaching and Learning​, and Student Accessibility Services.

Kent State University continually reviews and assesses best practices to promote affordability of textbooks and course materials. Best practices fostered by the Office of the Provost and the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs include but are not limited to promoting the adoption of course materials by established deadlines, utilizing open source course materials, encouraging faculty to develop course materials, and implementing an Inclusive Access Model for Textbooks and Educational Resources.

The primary goal of the Office of the Student Ombuds is to provide students confidential consultation in assisting with the possible resolution of any university-related concern, grievance or appeal.
