- Name: Your legal name will be used for diplomas, transcripts and commencement ceremony purposes.
- Any changes to your legal name need to be made with proper documentation by submitting a Legal Name Request Form by November 7.
- Diploma Mailing Address: Please be sure to update your diploma mailing address by December 5 to ensure that you receive your diploma.
