The CAED FabLAB mission is to provide a safe and reliable facility for intelligent exploration and making, and to support and expand design curricula through the relationships inherent to tools, materials, processes and technology.
Equipment, Features and Services
Wood: table saw, miter saw, planer, jointer, routers, lathe, band saw, drill press, scroll saw, drum sander, belt sander, spindle sander, panel saw.
Metal: MIG welders, TIG welder, plasma torch, metal brake, metal roller, acorn table. CNC equipment: 4x8 Router (wood, plastics), 4x4 Plasma table (metals), Shapeoko tabletop routers, large 6-axis robotic arm.
