Equipment: Marty Erbaugh i3 Lab Podcasting Studio

Description: The DI Hub’s Marty Erbaugh i3 Lab Podcasting Studio (DIH 249) is designed for audio recording, equipped with sound dampening, 4 microphones, 4 headphones, and mixer. This space offers a professional setup for recording interviews, podcasts, audio storytelling, and other sound-based projects. Box lights are also available in this space for those interested in recording video. Please visit the Reactor Front Desk (room 150) at the start of your reservation to gain access to the Podcasting Studio.

Studio Rules:  

  • Food and drink (other than water) are prohibited.
  • Studio equipment (microphones, headphones, soundboard, etc.) must be handled with care; any damage will be charged to the user.
  • Before you leave:
    • Transfer audio files from the soundboard to your personal device and return SD card to the soundboard (or use your own).
    • Return all furniture and equipment to its original state as when you entered.
    • Be sure to collect all of your personal belongings, supplies, and any trash.
    • Turn off the soundboard and studio lights and close the doors as you exit.
    • Check out at the Reactor front desk.
  • If equipment malfunctions or issues arise during your booking:
    • Stop using the affected equipment.
    • Report the issue to the Reactor front desk or call 330-672-3420.
    • For urgent issues (e.g., safety hazards), immediately inform DI Hub staff and follow emergency procedures.
