Scholastic Journalism Week Highlights Career Paths

 

The Center for Scholastic Journalism again encouraged college programs to observe Scholastic Journalism Week (Feb. 24-28, 2025) by showcasing alumni who started as high school journalists.

The campaign featured 21 alumni from eight colleges, generating over 17,000 impressions and nearly 800 interactions on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

The featured alumni represent a range of career paths including TV news reporters, writers, content producers, marketers, creative and design directors, educators, journalists, among others.
