To qualify for the President’s List, students must have a 4.0 grade point average and must have completed 15 hours during the semester. Ryan Claassen, Ph.D., professor of political science at Kent State University, conducted research during the fall semester finding that American voters think politicians view situations differently depending on party affiliation.
