What is covered during New Student Orientation?
New Student Orientation takes place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and includes:
How do I register for New Student Orientation?
Your email invitation will include a link to select a New Student Orientation day. Choose a date that best fits your schedule. We urge you to attend the earliest Orientation day possible for the best course selection.
You will log in with your portal credentials. If you forgot your login credentials, select "Forgot Your Password" and follow the prompts.

Senior Guest
Choose this option if you are an Ohio citizen 60+ years of age or older and would like to take classes on a space-available basis.
Post-Undergraduate
Choose this option if you have received a bachelor's degree from another college or university and wish to take additional undergraduate courses.
International Students
All international students must apply online through International Admissions at the Kent Campus.
Former Kent State Students
Choose this option if you are a former student and haven't attended another college since you last enrolled.
