To qualify for the President’s List, students must have a 4.0 grade point average and must have completed 15 or more credit hours during the semester. Something just did not seem right about the older man and young girl who were attempting to check into a Youngstown-area hotel in late 2016. The man seemed suspicious. The girl, whom he identified as his daughter, looked ill.
